Instruct RSL Claims
Upon instruction we will then process all of your paperwork and inform insurers and loss adjusters of our involvement going forward.
Organisation, Planning and Negotiations
We will attend all site meetings with your loss adjusters to ensure your interests are represented, we agree an action plan with all parties to cover repairs, payments and accommodation.
Claim Management
Our network of approved contractors and surveyors will ensure your property is restored to its pre loss condition quickly. They're also happy to discuss any changes to the planned repairs.
Settlement
Once your claim has been agreed and all parties are satisfied with the works, payments will then be requested from the insurers.
